We are looking for an immediate joining of a Site Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in construction and interior execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing site activities, materials, contractors, quality, and timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior and construction site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, fabricators, vendors, consultants, and labour teams.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate different activities to avoid delays.
- Verify measurements, levels, quantities, alignment, workmanship, and finishing quality.
- Manage material requirements, deliveries, storage, usage, and minimize wastage.
- Prepare and maintain site measurements, quantity records, material records, daily reports, and progress updates.
- Assist with quantity estimation, material planning, scheduling, and procurement coordination.
- Identify and resolve technical and execution issues at site.
- Ensure proper quality standards, finishing, housekeeping, and safety practices.




- Regularly update management regarding progress, material requirements, delays, and site issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant MM qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant site experience, preferably in interiors/construction.
- Strong practical understanding of interior and construction execution.
- Good knowledge of construction & interior materials, finishes, specifications, and applications.
- Ability to understand architectural, structural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of site measurements, quantities, estimation, and material management.
- Good contractor coordination, team management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel & MS Office.
- Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and take ownership of site execution.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
