We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee and execute the repair, renovation, and ongoing maintenance of our resort property. In this role, you will ensure that all guest villas, public areas, structural elements, and utility systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. You will manage in office contractors, lead a team of technicians, and execute preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and protect the resort’s assets.Key ResponsibilitiesStructural & Civil Repairs

- Inspect and assess structural damage, wear and tear, and weathering effects on resort buildings, pathways, and beach/pool structures.

- Supervise and execute masonry, carpentry, roofing, and painting repairs across guest rooms and public spaces.

- Manage waterproofing projects to address leaks, dampness, and coastal weather damage.

- Systems & Utilities Maintenance

- Oversee repairs to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)



systems, including HVAC, water treatment plants, sewage systems, and backup generators.

Project & Contractor Management

- Define the scope of work, estimate material costs, and prepare budgets for minor renovations and major repair projects.

- Supervise third-party contractors, ensuring work meets quality standards, deadlines, and architectural guidelines.

- Source and verify high-quality construction materials suitable for hospitality environments.

- Coordinate the upkeep of swimming pools, water features, and complex irrigation systems.

- Ensure all electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and low-voltage systems (Wi-Fi, CCTV, intercoms) are safe and operational.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
