Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day project execution on-site, ensuring structural and MEP works are carried out according to design, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising civil and structural activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, monitoring progress against schedules, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The role involves conducting site inspections, implementing quality control procedures, maintaining documentation and reports, and supporting compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring regular interaction with stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong structural engineering and civil engineering skills, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess on-site supervision and site management skills, including monitoring work execution and ensuring safety and compliance.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with contractors, project teams, and clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or MEP-related projects, particularly in industrial or commercial sectors.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of engineering or construction-related software tools.
- Ability to work independently at site, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
