Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This full-time role is based on-site in Kochi and includes coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and suppliers to manage resources, timelines, and quality.

The Site

Engineer will monitor structural work, conduct regular inspections, resolve technical and site-related issues, and maintain accurate documentation of progress. The role also involves communicating project updates to management and stakeholders, supporting adherence to regulatory requirements,



and contributing to the delivery of structurally sound, sustainable projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong in office supervision skills, including experience managing daily construction activities and site logistics.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with project teams, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills, including the ability to inspect work, identify deviations, and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge to review drawings, support structural integrity checks, and assist in resolving technical issues.
- Candidates should possess civil engineering capabilities, preferably with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in residential or commercial construction projects, familiarity with local building codes in Kochi, proficiency in project documentation, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
