About the Role

OM Constructions is looking for a Site Supervisor & Field Data Collection Executive to support the execution of ongoing construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves regular site visits, supervision of field activities, collection of project data, and preparation of daily progress reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, machine operators, and site teams.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are carried out as per instructions and planned schedules.
- Collect daily site data including measurements, quantities, manpower, machinery deployment, and work progress.
- Take site photographs and maintain proper records of ongoing activities.
- Prepare daily work/progress reports and submit them to the management.
- Maintain measurement sheets, material records, attendance, and other site documentation.
- Monitor the availability and utilization of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Report delays, site issues, material requirements, and other execution-related problems to the senior team.
- Assist in measurement, billing, and project documentation when required.
- Travel to different project sites as required.

Requirements




- Diploma / ITI / Graduate qualification preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, telecom, or field operations.
- Freshers with good communication and basic technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and mobile-based data entry.
- Ability to accurately record measurements and field information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For A responsible and field-oriented individual who can independently visit project sites, coordinate with the ground team, accurately collect information, and provide timely updates to management.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
