Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Operations

- Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Prepare and manage detailed execution plans aligned with project timelines
- Coordinate with planning teams to ensure adherence to schedules

• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays

2. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure all work meets defined quality benchmarks and workmanship standards
- Implement processes and SOPs without compromising execution quality
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality checklists

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements

3. Contractor & Workforce Management

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and in office workforce effectively
- Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and resources as per plan
- Drive productivity, discipline, and accountability at the site

• Resolve on-ground challenges proactively

4. Planning & Coordination

- Work closely with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Interpret drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site




- Coordinate for material deliveries and resource allocation

• Identify potential risks and plan mitigation strategies

5. Client Management

- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients
- Provide regular updates on progress and timelines
- Address client queries, concerns, and expectations proactively

• Build trust through clear communication and reliability

6. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Track project milestones and report deviations

• Ensure proper documentation of drawings, changes, and approvals

7. Continuous Improvement & Learning

- Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and openness to feedback
- Suggest improvements in processes, execution, and efficiency

• Stay updated with industry practices and new construction techniques
