Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities for MEPF projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves monitoring installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems, industrial pumps, utilities piping, and treatment plants. The role includes coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients, preparing progress reports,



and resolving technical issues that arise during execution.

The Site

Engineer will be responsible for conducting site inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring that work is completed within timelines and budget. The position also involves supervising site teams, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong on-site project execution skills, with experience managing field activities and coordinating site teams.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and for preparing clear reports.
- Quality control abilities, including site inspection, adherence to standards, and verification of SITC work.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles relevant to MEPF installations and infrastructure projects.
- Background in civil engineering, with experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline; diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
- Familiarity with fire protection systems, utilities piping, and water/wastewater treatment plants is an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, using basic project management tools, and following safety regulations and industry standards.
