DMR LANDZSALES CUM CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Summary

DMR LANDZ is looking for a Sales Cum Civil Engineer who can handle both real estate sales activities and basic civil engineering/site-related responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, site visits, property presentations, sales conversion, and assisting with technical/site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site visits and explain property details to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
- Handle property enquiries and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
- Coordinate with customers from enquiry to booking/registration.
- Explain plot dimensions, layout plans, road access, approvals, and other technical details.
- Read and understand site plans, layout drawings, survey sketches, and basic AutoCAD drawings.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, surveyors, contractors, and site teams.
- Inspect project sites and report basic site-related issues.
- Assist in checking measurements, levels, road works, drainage, and other basic civil works.
- Prepare and maintain site visit reports and customer follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for property promotions.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide timely updates.




- Travel to project sites and meet customers whenever required.

Required Skills
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of basic civil engineering and construction practices.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Knowledge of land layouts, measurements, and site development will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer-handling and sales skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to customers clearly.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with experience in real estate sales + civil engineering.
- Candidates with knowledge of land sales, plotted development, layout projects, and site supervision.
- Chennai-based candidates are preferred.

Salary & Benefits ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
