Job Summary

OPS Realty is looking for a talented and accomplished Site Engineer to join our growing team. Our company has been involved in various construction projects for decades and is seeking a Site Engineer to manage project activities, supervise site staff, and provide technical expertise.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, industrious, and goal-oriented professional with strong technical and project management skills. You will work closely with Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Architects, and Surveyors to ensure that construction activities are carried out efficiently and as per the required standards.

Site Engineer Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, vendors, and site staff.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Check measurements, quantities, and progress of work.
- Ensure proper execution of civil and structural works.




- Identify and resolve technical issues at the site.
- Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding site progress, requirements, and issues.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in construction/site execution will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of construction practices, drawings, measurements, and site supervision.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site staff and contractors effectively.
- Willingness to work at the project site.

Location Preference Candidates residing in Yamunanagar or nearby areas will be preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable commuting to and working at the Yamunanagar project site.Candidates shortlisted for the position will be required to attend the interview at our Corporate Office in Karnal, Haryana.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
