Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the execution of HVAC, Cleanroom, and MEP projects in office, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules

Responsibilities

- Oversee contractors and on-site work for executing HVAC, Cleanroom, and MEP installation works as per project drawings and specifications.

- Ensure systems meet codes, specifications, and quality standards. Integrate MEP systems with architectural and structural designs

- Monitor day-to-day progress of ducting, piping, electrical, and equipment installation activities.

- Maintain daily site reports, material usage records, and documentation.

- Support QA/QC activities including inspections, testing, and reporting

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of materials and equipment on site.

- Follow safety protocols and support toolbox talks and awareness programs.





- Assists Store in charge in checking the completeness of the received materials, identification of any damaged, short received materials etc. Reviewing material inward / outward register on daily basis.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Education: B.E. / B. Tech. or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

- Experience: 2 3 years of relevant experience of MEP projects in Pharma/ Cleanroom/ Li-Ion Battery / Solar/ Semiconductor industries shall be preferred

- Knowledge: Tools like MS Office, MS Projects, AutoCAD, Email Drafting
