Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities.

- • Monitor work progress as per approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

- • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and client representatives at site.

- • Review drawings and identify discrepancies or execution-related issues.

- • Take site measurements and verify work quantities as required

- • Check the quality of materials and workmanship at site.

- • Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and revisions.

- • Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.

- • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, measurements and other project documentation.





- • Assist in preparation and verification of BOQs, estimates and contractor bills.

- • Verify work completed at site against BOQ and approved drawings.

- • Conduct inspections and ensure proper implementation of specifications and details.

- • Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

- • Attend site meetings and coordinate with the client and project stakeholders.

- • Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements and project specifications.
