Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site in Bengaluru for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include monitoring site work, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors, and resolving technical issues that arise during execution. The role involves reviewing drawings, supervising civil works such as foundations, structures, and drainage, tracking progress against schedules, and preparing site reports and documentation.

Engineer will also support quality control, material inspections, and adherence to regulatory and environmental requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design principles to site execution and structural works.
- Experience in Planning, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of site activities.
- - Professional background as a Civil Engineer with hands-on site supervision and construction management experience.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and using basic design or CAD tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse site and office stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and readiness to work in dynamic on-site conditions.
