- Site Identification: Proactively watch, evaluate, and select high-traffic locations suitable for digital or static OOH assets.

- Negotiation & Leasing: Negotiate lease agreements and landlord terms with property owners, management companies, or developers.

- Permitting & Compliance: Manage the zoning, entitlement, and permitting process with local government agencies to ensure legal compliance for advertising structures.

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and property owners to maintain long-term partnerships.

- Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate potential sites for structural, legal, and operational viability.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all site acquisition activities, lease amendments, and zoning approvals, Taking KSEB connection for needed sites and coordinating with the electrician.

- Coordination: coordinate with labours at site for different requirements like arrangement of raw materials (steel, clamps, cement, M sand, Metel, Oxygen, Gas Cylinder etc..)

Educational Profile and Experience:

- Experience: Proven experience in real estate acquisition, property leasing, or OOH advertising.

- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.

- Knowledge: Understanding of local zoning regulations, land use laws, and building codes.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Requirements: Often requires a valid driver’s license and proficiency in project management software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
