- Product Sourcing & Procurement: Coordinate with metal suppliers and manufacturing vendors to source raw silver or finished silver goods.
- Costing & Pricing: Calculate final product costs based on daily silver spot weights, gemstone pricing, labor, setting, and target gross margins.
- Assortment Planning: Build commercial collections, matching sets, and product lines tailored to seasonal trends and target demographics.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock turnover, track rapid-moving vs. slow-moving SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), and minimize dead stock.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate manufacturing fees, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and delivery timelines.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure appealing in-store or online product displays, layout coordination, and tagging compliance.
