Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Weekly Off: Alternate Saturdays Sundays

JOB SUMMARY

Durall Systems is looking for a presentable, courteous and customer-focused Showroom Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide a professional experience to customers, architects, contractors, vendors and business associates visiting the showroom.

The role will also involve basic administrative and coordination activities related to showroom operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome customers, visitors, architects, contractors and vendors professionally.

Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Manage visitor records, appointments and customer meetings.

Coordinate customer requirements with the Sales and Design teams.

Provide basic information about Durall Systems, products and showroom displays.

Record customer enquiries and coordinate with the Sales team for follow-up.





Maintain a neat and presentable reception and customer waiting area.

Prepare basic Excel sheets, reports and daily showroom updates.

Handle general administrative and documentation activities related to the showroom.

Ensure qualified communication and a positive customer experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Graduate in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service or a similar role.

Candidates from Hotel / Hospitality / Aviation industries will be preferred.

Excellent English communication – verbal and written.

Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and good telephone etiquette.

Strong customer-handling, coordination and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email.
