About the Role

Deluxe Veneers is expanding its showroom presence with a newly opening showroom in Thane. We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager from the plywood, laminates, veneers, surface, interior products or allied building-material industry to lead showroom sales and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and sales of the Thane showroom.
- Achieve monthly and annual showroom sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.
- Develop business through architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers and builders.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate quotations, orders, dispatches and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain showroom presentation, product displays and samples.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and customer-visit reports.
- Lead and motivate showroom sales staff.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 5–8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Industry experience is preferred from:
- Plywood
- Laminates
- Veneers
- Surface materials
- Decorative surfaces




- Interior products
- Building materials
- Furniture / allied interior-material industries
- Strong showroom sales and business-development experience.
- Good knowledge of the Thane and surrounding market.
- Candidates residing in Thane or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Good network with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers and builders will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to independently manage showroom sales.
