Industry: Automobile Retail / Dealership
Experience: 5+ years in automobile sales/showroom operations, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Qualification: Graduate (any stream); candidates with an automobile or business background preferred
Salary: Best in industry + performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive showroom sales targets and overall team performance
- Manage customer experience and handle escalations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations
