: Key Responsibilities:

- Execute content migration from the legacy SharePoint 2019 environment to SharePoint Online using ShareGate.
- Re-author classic SharePoint 2019 publishing pages into modern templates, including layout updates and web part rebuilds.
- Perform metadata tagging based on governance taxonomy.
- Configure audience targeting for migrated content.
- Support post-migration QA across a representative sample of migrated pages.
- Validate migrated content for accuracy, accessibility, metadata, and audience targeting.

Must-Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience with ShareGate migration.
- Experience re-authoring classic SharePoint pages into contemporary SharePoint templates.
- Good understanding of SharePoint governance concepts.
- Knowledge of metadata and taxonomy.
- Experience with audience targeting using Entra ID dynamic groups.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- SPFx experience.
- General development skills.
