Min Experience: 5+ years

Location: India, Bengaluru, Karnataka, NCR, Pune, Telangana, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai

JobType: full-time

Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years of ServiceNow SAM experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SAM Pro
- Software Asset Lifecycle & License Management
- License Compliance & Reconciliation
- Software Entitlement, Normalization & License Metrics
- CMDB & ITAM processes
- JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts & Script Includes
- Flow Designer / Workflows
- REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub & MID Server
- End-to-End SAM Implementation / Migration
- CSA Certification – Mandatory

Positive to Have: CIS-SAM, HAM/ITAM, Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, FinOps

Must-have skills

SAM, ServiceNow, SAM Pro
