Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise ServiceNow solutions to streamline business operations and improve service delivery.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM modules
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development
- Experience in REST API, SOAP API, and third-party integrations
- Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
