Role Overview &

- Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a senior engineer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications with a heavy specialization in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module and the Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) framework. The candidate will leverage out-of-the-box configurations and App Engine capabilities to optimize citizen service delivery.

- Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions and PSDS initiatives.

- Configure CSM modules including case management workflows, knowledge base integration, citizen portal development, and omnichannel support.

- Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine (data models, access controls, business logic).

- Create custom workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub for CSM case routing and escalation processes.

- Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers on CSM and government digital service best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills &

- Screening Criteria:





- Total Experience: 7+ years of core ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions).

- CSM Expertise: Minimum 2+ years focused explicitly on CSM module implementation and customization.

- App Engine: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on App Engine Studio and App Engine Templates experience.

- PSDS / Government Portal: Minimum 1+ year experience with Public Sector Digital Services, digital government initiatives, or citizen-facing digital service delivery.

- Integrations &
- Frontend:

Solid knowledge of AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, REST/SOAP, OAuth/SAML, JSON/XML, and integrations with external hosting/Azure solutions.

- Governance: Deep understanding of role-based/cross-scope access control, customer data protection, and ITIL frameworks.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
