Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Design and develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Integrate ServiceNow with telecom systems and third-party applications using APIs.
- Support automation of telecom service operations and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance problems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, telecom operations teams, and developers.
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Robust knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).




- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience using Git or other version control tools.

Preferred Skills & Key Competencies

- Experience in Telecom domain processes such as service provisioning, network operations, or OSS/BSS integration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and automation workflows.
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
