Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to support solution delivery.
- Support configuration activities across ServiceNow modules such as

ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and ITOM.

- Participate in stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering workshops.
- Assist with UAT, including test case preparation and defect tracking.
- Maintain project, process, and system documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on

ServiceNow projects.

- Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and core modules.
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and process mapping.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week in the 2:00 PM to

11:00 PM shift.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow CSA certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Exposure to ServiceNow workflows, forms, and basic configurations.
- Understanding of ITSM processes.
- Basic JavaScript knowledge is an added advantage.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
