As a ServiceNow Architect will be part of the team rolling out ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) module across the client Business Units.

The Architect will be Leading, Guiding and will work hands-on in collecting and cleaning the application data and up data the data in ServiceNow to include all application to leverage APM module in ServiceNow, as well as working closely alongside functional resources to define the system scope and objectives. Additionally, the Architect will work with the team to populate the CMDB with the client’s enterprise applications as well as enable any recent functionality in APM space.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives
- Prepares detailed specifications for programs
- Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
- Technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming




- Understands the business or function for which application is designed
- Instructing, directing, and checking the work of other technical team members
- Utilize existing Configuring and activating Application Portfolio Management (APM) as needed
- Enable application leverage Application 360 Dashboard
- Developing Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services
- Using Discovery to map enterprise applications to the CMDB
- Integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM
- Should lead and manage the project (Accountable for all deliverables

Requirements Requirement:

- Application Portfolio Management (APM) certification will be added advantage
- 3+ years’ experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- 2+ years of Application Portfolio Management (APM) experience
- 8+ years of IT application system experience in technology solution delivery.
- 2+ years of experience with platform customization in relevant delivery platforms
- 2+ years of experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalo
