Role Description The Service Manager – Mutual Fund role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing client relationships, responding to service requests, and ensuring timely processing of mutual fund transactions such as purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP registrations.

The Service

Manager will coordinate with internal teams and mutual fund houses to resolve queries, handle documentation, and maintain accurate records of client portfolios.

Responsibilities also include providing post-sales support, monitoring service turnaround times, supporting compliance and regulatory requirements, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience.





Experience -1 to 2 years

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of mutual funds and other investment products, including basic understanding of asset allocation and diversification strategies.
- Client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Operational and process-management skills, including transaction handling, documentation, record-keeping, and coordination with external fund houses.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to review client portfolios, identify service issues, and support resolution in a timely manner.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or back-office systems) and comfort working with numbers and data.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Relevant experience in mutual fund distribution, financial services operations, or wealth management support is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in mutual funds or securities markets are an advantage.
