SRK Honda, an authorised Honda two-wheeler dealership with 11 branches across Tirupur and Dindigul districts, is hiring an experienced Service Floor Supervisor for our Palani workshop.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the workshop floor and a team of technicians - Allot job cards and plan daily workload - Check work quality before vehicle delivery - Ensure on-time delivery of serviced vehicles - Handle customer complaints and repeat repairs - Maintain Honda service standards, tools and workshop discipline - Track technician productivity and daily service reports Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a two-wheeler service workshop - Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred - Honda / authorised dealership experience is an added advantage - Diploma or ITI in Automobile preferred - Good communication in Tamil Salary and Benefits:
- Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (including incentives) - PF and ESI - Performance incentive - Health and accidental cover Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person, Palani, Tamil Nadu
