- Visit customer locations across Chennai on a daily basis from Monday to Saturday using own two-wheeler, based on service requirements.
- Travel to customer sites across South India and occasionally Pan India for installation, service and site-related activities.
- Perform basic refrigeration troubleshooting and interpret refrigeration diagrams; candidates should be willing to learn through company-provided training.
- Carry out basic electrical troubleshooting and understand electrical drawings after appropriate training.
- Carry out AMC schedules and preventive maintenance activities within the stipulated timelines.
- Follow established service processes, safety procedures and company policies.
