- Support new project installation & commissioning activities.
- Perform robot programming, configuration & troubleshooting.
- Provide on-site and telephonic technical support to customers.
- Provide technical assistance to service team members.
- Conduct technical training for customers and system integrators.
- Handle robot servicing & preventive maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly service reports to the concerned senior.
- Prepare AMC & spare-parts proposals and contribute to spare business growth.
- Coordinate with customers and system integrators to understand their latest requirements, expectations and feedback and share insights with management Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related engineering field.




- 1-3 years of experience in industrial robotics, automation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical service.
- Hands-on knowledge of industrial robot programming, configuration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience in robot installation & commissioning and customer-site support.
- Good understanding of PLC, sensors, drives, electrical systems, and industrial automation will be an advantage.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer/system-integrator sites as required.
- Candidates with experience in robotics/automotive manufacturing/automation integrators will be preferred.
