Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide after sales service support to customers for electrical equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

- Conduct field service calls to diagnose issues with chemical processing plants' machinery and equipment.

- Collaborate with customers to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts on electrical equipment.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using knowledge of electrical engineering principles.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in after sales service or related field (e.g., mechanical engineering).

- Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering).

- Robust understanding of electrical equipment installation, operation, and maintenance procedures.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction during site visits.
