Job Summary The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing in office technical support, installation, and troubleshooting for POS hardware and related peripherals. The role involves attending customer service calls, diagnosing technical issues, installing systems, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend on-site service calls and provide technical support to customers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS hardware and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to touch screens, receipt printers, barcode scanners, pole displays, and other peripherals.
- Assistthe sales team during product demonstrations and customer installations.
- Install and configure device drivers and supporting software.
- Provide basic operating system installation and configuration support.
- Configure hardware devices in LAN / Wi-Fi environments.
- Install and test peripheral devices and POS components.
- Maintain service reports and documentation for completed service calls.




- Ensurehigh levelsof customer satisfaction throughtimelyissue resolution.

Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in service engineering or technical support roles.
- Diploma / ITI /bachelor’s degreein Electronics, Computer Hardware, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and POS peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems installation and configuration.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communicationand customer handling skills.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for field service visits.
