Job Responsibilities • Installation and commissioning of Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake Machines, and CNC equipment.
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Machine inspection, calibration, and performance optimization.
- Customer training on machine operation and maintenance.
- Preparation of service reports and maintenance records.
- Coordination with the sales and technical support teams.
- Support customers through phone, video call, and on-site visits.
- Ensure timely resolution of service calls and customer complaints.
- Travel extensively for customer support across assigned regions.
Candidate Requirements Educational
Qualification • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Mechanical Engineering • Electrical Engineering • Mechatronics • Electronics &
- Telecommunication • Instrumentation Experience • Freshers are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Machinery, CNC Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Automation, or Maintenance Engineering preferred.
Required Skills • Basic knowledge of Electrical Panels and Control Systems.
- Understanding of Servo Drives, PLCs, Sensors, and Industrial Automation.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
