- To monitor performance of machines and conduct their routine checks.
- To assist in installation of machines/equipment,transport and/or handling of machines/equipment,training customers on how to operate machines/equipment with proper demonstrations.
- To perform testing and maintenance of machines/equipment with servicing every week/month/bi monthly.
- To maintain data of errors and problems faced in machines/equipment.
- To respond to customer complaints on time and maintain positive customer relations.
- To evaluate and resolve problems faced in machines/equipment.
- To report on a daily basis to the reporting head/HO regarding plan/activities of the day.
- To offer recommendations and feedback on the product(machines/equipment),its features and functions.
- To perform any other task time to time assigned by Reporting Head/Director-Service/Managing Director.
