- Professionally attend customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Prepare accurate job cards and record customer complaints.
- Inspect vehicles and identify required repairs and services.
- Explain repair estimates and additional work to customers.
- Coordinate repair work with technicians and the workshop team.
- Provide customers with regular updates on vehicle repair status.
- Coordinate required spare parts with the Parts Department.
- Ensure final vehicle inspection and quality checks are completed.
- Explain completed work and billing details during vehicle delivery.
- Ensure customer feedback, follow-up, and overall customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
