We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic student acquisition for our educational programs and courses. You will lead our SEO strategy across Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO while managing and mentoring an in-house team to deliver measurable traffic, lead generation, and course enrollment results.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End SEO Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO campaigns tailored to the education and skill development domain.

- Technical SEO: Conduct site audits, optimize site speed, crawlability, indexability, site architecture, and educational schema markup.

- On-Page &
- Keyword Optimization:

Map high-intent keywords to course landing pages, optimize content structure, and improve conversion funnels.

- Off-Page &

- Authority Building:

Lead white-hat link-building, guest posting, and digital PR campaigns to increase domain authority.

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track KPIs for a team of SEO executives, link builders, and content writers.

- Analytics &

- Reporting:

Track organic traffic, ranking shifts, and student leads using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush,



and present regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

- Experience: 3+ years in SEO with proven experience .

- Domain: Prior experience in the Education / EdTech / Training Institute sector preferred.

- Technical Expertise: Robust proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, and WordPress CMS.

- Core Skills: Expertise in Technical SEO, schema, content strategy, backlink acquisition, and keyword research.

Pay: ₹10,803.89 - ₹20,000.00 per month
