Job Summary

Analytix is looking for an experienced SEO Analyst to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO, with a data-driven approach to improving organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and conversions.

The candidate should be comfortable conducting SEO audits, performing keyword and competitor research, analyzing website performance, managing backlink strategies, and working with content and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Perform regular website SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, technical, and on-page SEO issues.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal links, URLs, and other on-page elements.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Conduct backlink analysis and manage link-building and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor website health, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and technical performance.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar SEO platforms.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement relevant SEO improvements.
- Work closely with content, social media, development,



and paid marketing teams to support overall digital marketing objectives.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
- Identify recent opportunities to improve organic rankings, visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay updated with current SEO trends, search engine guidelines, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Good understanding of crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and site architecture.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, and mobile SEO.
- Experience with link building, backlink analysis, and off-page SEO.
- Ability to conduct SEO audits and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of Google algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant SEO certifications or additional digital marketing qualifications are an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
