- Agency must thoroughly screen and vet all CVs and conduct the initial shortlisting. Line up/source & submit only those qualified candidates who have been comprehensively screened and assessed based on their experience, technical competency, trade skills and overall suitability for the respective positions specified in the attached JDs.

- All selections will be made strictly based on compliance with the specified criteria, successful performance in the trade test and subsequent final approval by the interviewer.

- Minimum age of 22 years shall be strictly enforced for all positions, without exception.

- All selected candidates' documents must be received and forwarded along with the daily campaign report on the same day itself with no exceptions.

- Provision of trade tests and face-to-face interviews shall be standardized separately across all recruitment activities. Client representatives shall also be accompanying in the interview panel to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with the required selection criteria.

- Only candidates who are successfully selected and declared medically fit shall be considered for visa processing. Candidates who fail the medical examination shall not be eligible for reimbursement of the medical examination costs.





- All Project Medical examinations must be completed at our approved Medical Centers on the day following the selection & the medical FIT report should be received in n HO for further process within a maximum of two days thereafter.

- Pls ensure that the authenticity of all supporting documents, including educational certificates, experience record and identification documents, is properly verified prior to Interview/submission.

- CVs for Foreman, Supervisor and above positions shall be shared well in advance for online shortlisting, following the initial screening conducted by the agencies.

- Under no circumstances should candidates be scheduled for interviews without meeting the required qualifications and eligibility criteria.

- Once approval is provided, agencies are expected to coordinate effectively to ensure candidates’ availability & line up as per the scheduled interview timelines & Locations.

- Pls ensure that interview requirements are advertised without reference to specific Company/Project Name (You can mention Multinational company in Qatar), or any confidential business information. This need to be submitted for prior approval before publication.

- As always, all recruitment activities are conducted free of charge & No fees, charges or any form of payment, whether direct or indirect are collected from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process.

- Delays in mobilization or any travel-related inconveniences resulting from candidate arrangements shall not be entertained as grounds for complaints or exceptions at any stage of the process.
