About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), business process configuration, reporting, security administration, and integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and supporting Workday HCM operations, delivering system enhancements, and partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business teams to drive process efficiency and workforce transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM business processes, organizations, security roles, and workforce management functionality.
- Manage and enhance Workday modules to support HR operations and organizational objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards,



and data extracts.
- Deliver operational, compliance, audit, and leadership reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and ADP, benefits providers, identity management platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to streamline HR operations and employee experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
- Lead system enhancements, releases, testing activities, and deployment initiatives.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support security administration, access management, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for Workday configuration, governance, and data management.
- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Workday upgrades and evaluate new functionality for business adoption.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in HRIS, Workday HCM, or Human Resources Technology solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and administration.
- Extensive knowledge of Workday business processes, organizational structures, and security frameworks.
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics solutions.
- Strong experience with Workday integrations and third-party system connectivity.
- Experience supporting integrations with ADP, benefits vendors,



identity management systems, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and integration frameworks.
- Experience supporting system testing, validation, release management, and production support activities.
- Understanding of HR data governance, compliance requirements, and access management controls.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile and project-based delivery environments.
