We are looking for a highly technical Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and support complex, mission-critical Workday integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, XML, XSLT, and XPath.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, test, and deploy complex Workday Studio integrations.
- Develop integrations involving complex business logic, error handling, and multi-component orchestration.
- Implement and support payroll integrations using PECI and PICOF for global payroll providers.
- Develop custom transformations using XML, XSLT, and XPath.
- Configure and troubleshoot REST and SOAP Web Services, including WSDL, JSON, and related integrations.
- Build Calculated Fields and RaaS reports to support integrations and data validation.
- Work with EIB, Core Connectors,



and Document Transformation (DT).
- Manage the complete integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure reliable data exchange between Workday and third-party systems.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of Workday Integration experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Studio development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
- Mandatory experience with PECI and PICOF.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and XPath.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, WSDL, and JSON.
- Good understanding of OAuth and SAML security protocols.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
