Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into compelling video content for marketing, education, and product storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to define visual narratives, applying color grading, motion graphics, and graphics to enhance videos, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs. The role also involves optimizing videos for different platforms, maintaining organized media libraries, and delivering projects within deadlines.

The Video

Editor will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and propose creative ideas that support Deep Holistics’ mission and campaigns.

A lot of what we say will be said through video. We're looking for someone who can turn raw footage into work that feels premium, hits hard and stays with people.

What you'll do

→ Take raw footage from shoots and shape it into finished pieces: brand films, launch campaigns, montages, long-form content and short-form social cuts.

→ Design and animate motion graphics, titles, data visualisations and on-screen type that make complex ideas feel simple.

→ Experiment with AI tools to create films, visuals and sequences that would be impossible or impractical to shoot, and blend them seamlessly with live-action footage.

→ Own the post-production pipeline end to end: edit, sound design, colour and final delivery across formats.

→ Work closely with the founding and creative team to find the story in the footage, not just assemble it.

→ Help build a visual language for the brand that holds up across film, digital and outdoor.

What we're looking for

→ A strong portfolio showing both editing and motion graphics work.

→ Fluency in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve and After Effects (Cinema 4D or Blender is a bonus)

→ Hands-on experience with AI video and image tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney or similar), and a clear point of view on where AI adds to a film and where it cheapens it.

→ A real sense of rhythm, pacing and narrative. You know when a cut should breathe and when it should punch.

→ Comfort switching between a 90-second hero film and 20 quick social edits in the same week.

→ Taste. You care about typography, colour and sound as much as the edit itself.

Nice to have

→ Experience with AI voice and sound tools (like ElevenLabs), or building full films with AI-generated footage.

→ Experience with premium lifestyle, health or D2C brands.

→ Comfort being on set occasionally to guide shoots with the edit in mind.
