Job Summary

Define and improve user experience for AVEVA, SAP, Work Packs, and custom applications through research, prototyping, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement.

Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field 8+ years' experience in software programs/portfolios and enterprise solutions environments Experience with Figma, Sketch, Miro preferred UX/UI design expertise

User research methodologies Design thinking and Agile practices Communication and presentation skills Stakeholder influence and collaboration Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset Must Have Skill
