Role & responsibilities

- Design high-fidelity website interfaces in Figma for both desktop and responsive views, aligned with project requirements. Ensure solid brand consistency, visual accuracy, clear typography, structured layouts, appropriate colour usage, imagery, and responsive behaviour.
- Work with Figma libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates while adhering to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UI best practices.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, design leads, developers, and project managers. Understand feedback clearly, implement changes accurately, and communicate blockers, missing assets, or unclear requirements in a timely manner.
- Contribute to team efficiency by supporting and overseeing a small group of junior designers.
- Use supporting tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite where required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 57 years of relevant experience in UI, visual,



or web design, preferably on large-scale website projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including design systems and shared libraries

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web layout behaviour (preferred)

Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices

- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within timelines

Ability to apply feedback quickly while maintaining consistency and quality

- Experience in mentoring or managing a small team and tracking deliverables

Portfolio Expectations

- A strong portfolio showcasing website UI design work, use of design systems or reusable components, responsive layouts, and attention to visual detail.
