We are seeking a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering, bidding, and documentation processes for CPWD, Indian Railways, RVNL, State Government

(AP & TS e-procurement), and other Central/PSU organizations. The role involves tender identification, bid preparation, online submission, and coordination with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and monitor tenders from:
- Central Govt. agencies CPWD, Railways, RVNL, NTPC, NHAI, etc.
- State Govt. portals AP e-Procurement, TS e-Procurement, and other state portals across India.
- Download, study, and prepare tender documents (Technical & Financial bids).
- Coordinate with management, engineers, and accounts for BOQs, abstracts, and cost analyses as per DSR & GCC norms.
- Handle e-procurement submissions registration, DSC tokens, bid upload, and online clarification.
- Manage BG, EMD, FDR documentation and coordinate with banks.
- Track tender deadlines and maintain tender register/dashboard.
- Draft official letters, correspondences, and clarification replies.
- Assist in post-tender negotiations, award acceptance, and contract agreement documentation.Key Skills Required




- Strong knowledge of CPWD, Railways, RVNL, PSU, AP/TS e-procurement, and other state/central tendering procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and government tender portals.
- Knowledge of financial documentation BG, EMD, FDR, Solvency. Strong communication, drafting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders with tight deadlines.Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Rs.30,000 Rs.50,000/month (based on experience).
