Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Mohali. The Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce suitable insurance products, and clearly explain policy features, perks, and terms. The role involves qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and guiding customers through the purchase process while adhering to compliance and documentation standards.

The representative will update CRM records, follow up on leads, meet individual and team sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries. Regular performance reporting, participation in sales meetings,



and ongoing product training are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and explain complex information clearly over the phone.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on listening, problem-solving, and delivering a positive, ethical customer experience.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM tools, call handling software, and standard office applications.
- Ability to work towards targets, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy in documentation and compliance processes.
- Prior experience in insurance is mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education; a graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, team-based environment in Mohali, with flexibility for rotational shifts if required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
