Senior Technician Summary
• Perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
- Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Supervise junior technicians and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Maintain service records, inspection logs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with facility teams and vendors for specialized repairs and upgrades.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical maintenance roles.
- Robust troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with building systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and operate diagnostic tools.
- Certification in safety compliance or specialized technical areas preferred.
