We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep domain expertise in sourcing and hiring medical professionals—specifically Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Healthcare Staff . Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Medical Recruiting: Drive end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles, including Specialist/Consultant Doctors, Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), Staff Nurses, and clinical support teams.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize specialized channels, medical directories, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and referral networks to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Medical Directors, Hospital Administrators, and HR Leadership to map hiring requirements and deliver on critical manpower SLAs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on healthcare compensation benchmarks,



talent availability, and competitor trends within the Mumbai region.
- Offer & Onboarding: Manage complex salary negotiations, candidate engagement during the notice period, and smooth onboarding transitions.
- Solid compliance knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the mandatory licenses, degree registrations, and certifications required to legally clear and onboard medical practitioners in Mumbai/Maharashtra.

Requirements

- 8+ years of total experience in core talent acquisition, with a heavy focus on medical/healthcare hiring (Hospitals, Diagnostics, Telehealth, or Healthcare Consulting).
- Proven track record of successfully placing doctors across specialties and nursing teams.
- Deep knowledge of the Mumbai healthcare talent market .
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and executive-level communication skills.
- Notice Period: Candidates who can join within 15 to 30 days will be prioritized.
- Strong compliance knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the mandatory licenses, degree registrations, and certifications required to legally clear and onboard medical practitioners in Mumbai/Maharashtra.
