Job Duties

- Manage and maintain the overall Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Security & Compliance Center.
- Ensure seamless integration and co-existence of hybrid Exchange environments and manage mailbox migrations, retention policies, and transport rules.
- Administer Exchange Online, focusing on mail flow, anti-spam/anti-malware policies, message tracking, and hybrid mail routing.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical messaging services.
- Optimize Microsoft Teams capabilities, including advanced features like voice integration, meeting policies, and external access controls.
- Oversee the deployment and usage of SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, ensuring secure and effective collaboration.
- Design and implement security measures leveraging Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Conditional Access policies,



and Azure AD Identity Protection.
- Manage compliance solutions, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, retention policies, and sensitivity labels to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop, test, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks such as user provisioning, reporting, license management, and security monitoring.
- Utilize Microsoft Graph API, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps to create seamless workflows for operational tasks.

- Continuously monitor the performance, health, and usage of M365 services using tools like Microsoft Admin Center and third-party monitoring tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to messaging, access, synchronization (AAD Connect), and integrations with other platforms.
- Lead or participate in strategic initiatives, including cloud migrations, hybrid environment optimizations, and tenant consolidations.
- Evaluate new features, solutions, and technologies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, presenting recommendations to leadership for adoption.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for all M365-related queries and provide hands-on training to IT and end-users for effective adoption.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, best practices, and troubleshooting playbooks.

Skills Preferred:
- Strong technical expertise in M365 Engineering, messaging, and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and identity synchronization.
