Roles and Responsibilities:

Ticket

Handling

- User level tickets

- Top management users' tickets

- Escalating tickets from the L1 and L2

2. Managing O365 Console

- Account provisioning

- Add users and groups

- Assign licenses

- Delete and restore users

- Create, edit, delete, and restore Microsoft 365 groups

- User and Distribution List creation.

- Message Trace.

- Trusted domain adding

- Managing Anti-Spam protection

- Managing O365 ATP Defender protection

- Reset passwords for all users

Monitoring Domain Controller

Server

- Create new user accounts

- Disable user accounts as per the request

- Password reset service

Monitoring File

Server

- Shared folder creation

- User access permission management

Monitoring Veritas Backup

Server

- Perform file restore operations as required

Managing Sophos Endpoint

Server

- Agent Management

- Added Software in trusted program list

Managing

Firewall

- Firewall policy rule creation

- Firewall VPN tunnel configuration client to our organizatiion

- Firewall log and reports maintenance

- Fortigate firwall analyzer maintenance

- Performs maintenance and changes in firewalls as required.

- Firewall failover and loadbalancing
