We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead with strong handson expertise in Nodejs and Reactjs to lead the design and delivery of scalable secure and highperforming web applications on Google Cloud Platform GCP This role combines technical leadership architecture ownership handson development and Agile delivery excellence You will guide a crossfunctional team collaborate with ProductUXQADevOps stakeholders and ensure engineering best practices across the SDLC

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership Architecture
- Own endtoend technical design and architecture for fullstack solutions using Reactjs Nodejs and up-to-date cloudnative patterns
- Define and enforce coding standards architecture guidelines and engineering best practices clean code SOLID DRY secure by design
- Lead technical decisionmaking tradeoffs build vs buy platform choices and produce architecture artifacts HLDLLD sequence diagrams API contracts
- Guide the team on performance optimization scalability fault tolerance and observability
- Full Stack Development Handson
- Build and maintain responsive accessible frontend applications using Reactjs hooks state management routing component design
- Develop backend services and APIs in Nodejs RESTGraphQL implementing robust authenticationauthorization and data access layers
- Integrate with thirdparty services and internal microservices ensure backward compatibility and versioning strategies
- Cloud Engineering on GCP




- Design and deploy applications on GCP using services such as
- oCloud Run GKE Compute Engine App Engine
- oCloud Storage Cloud SQL Firestore BigQuery as applicable
- oPubSub Cloud Functions API Gateway Apigee
- oCloud LoggingMonitoring Operations Suite Secret Manager IAM
- Drive cloud best practices cost optimization high availability encryption network security and automated scaling
- DevOps CICD Quality Engineering
- Partner with DevOpsSRE to implement and improve CICD pipelines GitHub ActionsGitLab CIJenkinsCloud Build
- Promote Infrastructure as Code Terraform preferred containerization Docker and deployment automation
- Ensure test strategy and quality gates unit tests integration tests contract tests E2E tests and performance tests
- Implement monitoring logging tracing and ing to support production readiness
- Agile Delivery Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work in an AgileScrum environment sprint planning estimation backlog grooming daily standups retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts Designers and QA to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor engineers conduct code reviews handle technical debt and ensure predictable delivery with high quality
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans communicate progress dependencies and blockers effectivelly
