Senior Specialist, Internal Audit - AI-ML Audit Data Analytics & Continuous Monitoring The Senior Specialist, AI/ML Audit, Data Analytics & Continuous Monitoring will play a critical role in advancing Internal Audit's digital capabilities and supporting Entegris' broader transformation through data, analytics, and responsible AI. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced audit methodologies, continuous monitoring capabilities, and data-driven assurance solutions across the enterprise. Working closely with Internal Audit, Digital & Information Technology, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and other business stakeholders, this individual will help establish Internal Audit as a center of excellence for analytics, automation, and AI assurance while enhancing the company's ability to identify and monitor emerging risks.

Key Responsibilities

AI and Emerging Technology Assurance

- Develop audit methodologies, testing approaches, and risk assessment frameworks for artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and automated decision-making processes.
- Evaluate governance, controls, data quality, model risk management, and regulatory considerations associated with AI-enabled business processes.
- Support assurance activities related to Copilot, AI governance, automation initiatives, and other emerging technologies.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and leading practices related to AI risk management and technology assurance.

Data Analytics and Continuous Monitoring
- Design, develop, and deploy continuous monitoring programs across key business functions including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Operations.
- Build scalable analytics libraries, automated testing routines, dashboards, and risk detection capabilities to enhance audit coverage and efficiency.
- Develop automated monitoring solutions that provide real-time or near real-time visibility into key risk indicators and control effectiveness.
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, anomalies, control deficiencies, and emerging business risks.

Audit Innovation and Process Transformation




- Drive the integration of data analytics and automation into audit planning, execution, and reporting activities.
- Lead initiatives that increase Internal Audit's use of technology, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance audit effectiveness through process automation and scalable analytical solutions.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Internal Audit function.

Business Partnership and Collaboration
- Partner with business and functional leaders to expand data-driven controls and risk monitoring capabilities.
- Collaborate with Digital & Information Technology teams to leverage enterprise data and analytics platforms.
- Provide analytics subject matter expertise to audit teams and business stakeholders.
- Support enterprise initiatives focused on digital transformation, automation, and responsible AI adoption.​​​​​​​

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, IT Audit, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing analytics, dashboards, automated testing routines, or continuous monitoring capabilities.
- Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit principles.
- Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience auditing or assessing AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced technology environments.
- Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, Alteryx,



Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, or similar analytics tools and platforms.
- Skilled certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, CRISC, CISSP, CDP, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience supporting global organizations and cross-functional initiatives.
