LinqOps is a fast-growing SaaS platform for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), built by people who run a DSP. Around 4,000+ daily active users across multiple time zones rely on our platform to manage fleet invoice reconciliation, payroll and FLSA compliance, driver tracking, hiring, asset management, and daily operations.
We're hiring a Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our platform: intelligent, automation-first systems that bring together data from many sources and turn it into answers our customers can act on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and build scalable systems that ingest, normalize, and reconcile data from multiple external sources
- Build automation that replaces manual, repetitive operational work for our customers
- Develop intelligent features that surface insights, flag risks, and support decisions
- Ship new product features end to end, from spec to production
- Keep performance and reliability high for thousands of daily users around the clock
- Collaborate with a distributed product, engineering, and customer team across India and the US
TECH STACK
- TypeScript across the stack

- SST (serverless infrastructure as code)
- Event-driven architecture
- Stripe, Telnyx, and PostHog integrations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong TypeScript skills,
with production experience in React and Next.js
- Solid PostgreSQL skills: schema design, query optimization, and data modeling
- Experience building on AWS ideally serverless or with infrastructure as code (SST, CDK, or Terraform)
- Hands-on experience with event-driven systems, data pipelines, integrations, or automation at scale
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Clear written English for async collaboration
- Bonus: experience with logistics, fleet, payroll, or compliance software, or with AI/ML-driven features
ENGAGEMENT
- Compensation: ₹10–15 LPA, based on experience and fit
- Contract-to-hire: we start with a contract role, and the goal is a full-time offer for strong performers who are interested and available
- Location: 100% remote, India
- Working hours: approx. 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST, overlapping with US Eastern business hours
